GGASHI feels all work requiring a permit should be properly permitted. Most of our members, if they find a substantial amount of non-permitted work during their inspections, will say so in their reports. Even minor home improvement projects may require a permit, according to Nolo Press, so we ask, “Please don’t forget the permit.”
