Inspector Bio:
Brian Rood, founder of Paradigm Inspections, has been a home inspector in the Bay Area for 9 years and has done over 1500 inspections, including both residential and commercial properties. Prior to his career as an inspector, he was a general building contractor in Alameda County, Marin, and San Francisco with experience in both remodeling and new construction.
A longtime resident of Oakland/Berkeley, Brian has a degree from UC Berkeley, was a Berkeley City Commissioner, and served on the board of directors of the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce. He has a demonstrated commitment to serve both his profession and his community, and looks forward to providing the same great service to his clients at Paradigm Inspections.
