May Dinner/Zoom Meeting: Dan Marzilli, Stucco Test Holes

The recent “stucco test hole” controversy has thrown the Bay Area pest inspection community for a loop. How are the pest inspectors dealing with the new directive from the structural pest board? How should home inspectors report on stucco homes? Hear about it first hand from Dan Marzilli, a licensed pest inspector, owner of GT Inspects, with over 30 years of experience in the structural pest control industry.
5:30pm Pre-Meeting Gunnar Alquist will have a presentation on inspection photography. (Attendees with earn an additional ASHI CE)
6:45pm Comment Review Brian Cogley, past president, will provide a report writing analysis using member-submitted comments to improve clarity and the principles of Identification, Implication, and Recommendation.
7:00pm Dinner Enjoy a handcrafted dinner by our professional chef, Malika Henderson.

Dan Marzilli is the owner of GT Inspects, a licensed Branch III operator, State of California (Lic #PR7280). He has been a licensed general contractor since 1984, and a licensed structural pest control operator since 1988.
