June Virtual Meeting: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) with Kevin Casey
June 10, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$10
With the limited housing availability in the Bay Area, Accessory Dwelling Units, also known as ADUs, have become a popular way to infill housing in an urban environment. Many cities are encouraging building backyard “granny flats” and the California Residential Code even has a new appendix for Tiny Houses. With their growing popularity, it is critical for home inspectors to know how to inspect them. Kevin Casey is the CEO of New Avenue, a home builder specializing in ADU, with over 100 built since 2009.
