June Dinner/Zoom Meeting: Remodeling Eichlers with Scott Swann

Scott Swann will discuss a current kitchen remodel on an Eichler home in Marin. Eichler homes pose many challenges for renovation projects, such as, an open floor plan, concrete slab foundation with radiant heat, open beam ceilings and floor to ceiling glass walls.. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to learn about Eichler renovations.

5:30pm Pre-Meeting Past president Brian Cogley will review conditions from a recent inspection (Attendees with earn an additional ASHI CE)
6:45pm Comment Review Brian Cogley, past president, will provide a report writing analysis using member-submitted comments to improve clarity and the principles of Identification, Implication, and Recommendation.
7:00pm Dinner Enjoy a handcrafted dinner by our professional chef, Malika Henderson.

7:00pm Chapter Meeting During dinner, chapter president Paul Barraza will introduce the new chapter officers, who will then lead a short business meeting to cover chapter and ASHI business, committee reports, and upcoming educational opportunities.
7:45pm Main Speaker Scott Swann will give a presentation about remodeling Eichlers. (Attendees with earn an additional ASHI CE)
