April Dinner Meeting: Forensic Plumbing Investigations with Mark Hunter

Home inspectors evaluate plumbing defects on every inspection. Sometimes the defects are easy to find, but some conditions can be almost possible to find or diagnose. Mark Hunter will have a presentation covering covering common plumbing defects and some of his forensic plumbing investigations.
5:30pm Pre-Meeting Bret Butler, will have a slideshow and discussion about commercial inspections. (Attendees with earn an additional ASHI CE)
6:45pm Comment Review Brian Cogley, past president, will provide a report writing analysis using member-submitted comments to improve clarity and the principles of Identification, Implication, and Recommendation.

7:00pm Chapter Meeting During dinner, chapter president Paul Barraza will lead a short business meeting to cover chapter and ASHI business, committee reports, and upcoming educational opportunities.

Mark Hunter had been a plumber since 1977. Since 1994, he has been involved with litigation work, which includes: construction defect, products liability, standard of care, personal injury (burns, slip and fall) and code issues.Hunter Plumbing Consulting is a full service company offering consulting services on litigation and non-litigation matters involving plumbing.
